The BPTP ESG Framework is an operationally focused roadmap that is based on the responsible investment. We believe that there are sustainability implications associated with the full range of real estate activities and that our commitment to incorporate sustainable real estate best practices into investment decision making will add long-term value to the investments, we manage for our clients, customers & stakeholders. Since the formal launch of our Real Estate ESG Program in 2023, ESG has been embedded in our mind based on the belief that ESG is a critical component of informed investment decision-making that must be prioritized to best serve our investors. We believe by taking a well-thought-through and disciplined approach to ESG, we can successfully balance our social and environmental responsibilities while meeting the needs of our clients and Customers.

Climate change (Co2)
To be a net zero emissions company by 2070, while limiting global warming below 2°C and complying with the Paris Agreement and in line with what is required by society. The purpose of climate change adaptation objective is designed to mitigate GHG emissions and reduces the risk and vulnerability generated due to climate change.

Objective for 2026

• Committed to drive the progressive decarburization of our suppliers and contractors
• Under the Energy and Carbon Plan, committed to achieve a total reduction of 500 tons of CO2 eq in the existing project & upcoming project, (operated) businesses.
• Purchasing renewable electricity generation capacity to 2000 MW.
• Reduce the company's absolute emissions from operated assets (Scope 1 and 2) by 30% compared to 2024.
• Reduce the company's net emissions (Scope 1, 2 and 3) by 10 % compared to 2026.
• We will analyze the alignment with the objectives derived from the Paris Agreement of the associations and initiatives in which we will participate
• We will install 5% fast charging points in parking's of buildings, we also shall provide two ultra-fast charging facilities.

Innovation & Technologies
To be an organization that drives technological innovation as a lever for transformation towards more sustainable business models. We want to focus on addressing the current challenges facing energy companies such as reducing energy intensity and CO2 emissions, improving the profitability of current assets through sustainable and competitive production, differentiating products from the competition, differentiating solutions based on data, and providing customer-oriented energy services.

Objective for 2026

• Ensure the deployment, along the entire value chain, of digital initiatives in implementation phases (scaling or operation) promoting new digital solutions that contribute to efficient and sustainable energy generation.
• We shall achieve a 30% investment in technology projects aligned with the pillars of the Sustainability Model, exceeding the goal set for 2026. Investments in "low-emissions technologies" projects stood out.
• We shall modify the investment areas, focusing on:
1. Decarburization and circular economy.
2. Advanced mobility and renewables
3. Technologies for digitization and optimization of assets.
• We shall design digital solutions based on artificial intelligence, increasing safety in operations, energy efficiency and the reduction of CO2 emissions.

• By 2023-2026, want to be in the first quartile of performance according to Corporate Human Rights Benchmarking (CHRB).
• Adapt the company's regulatory framework and processes to new regulatory developments in human rights due diligence.
• Contribute to the 2030 Agenda through our social projects, benefiting one lakh people in the period 2023-2026 through CSR.
• Establish transparent in hiring processes and ensure the use of inclusive diversity criteria at all stages of professional development, with the goal of reaching 25% of women in leadership positions.
• Develop programs to promote the incorporation of people with disabilities in the organization, in relation to their labor insertion in the countries where it applies.

Excellent and integrated environmental management in the decision making process. Protection of the environment continues to be a major focus for our organization. In order to best practice, we optimize energy and water usage in our projects and processes to conserve natural resources.

• Implement environmental criteria in the management of suppliers and the contracting processes for goods and services with high safety and environmental risks.
• Develop cross-cutting circular economy projects in partnership with external entities.
• To have integrated water management in 100% of our assets of the company's main businesses.
• Quantify and assess environmental impacts and dependencies under natural capital criteria, developing pilot projects in the company's main businesses.
• Train and sensitize 100% of employees on environmental issues.
• Implement BPTP's environmental requirements in all new acquisitions and commercial relationships.
• We shall develop a scorecard to measure the environment aspects & impacts of the company and created a specific section on the corporate website to promote its dissemination.

• Implement standardized safety criteria in the management of suppliers and in all contracting processes for goods and services with high safety and environmental risks.
• We shall keep cybersecurity awareness for everyone in the company up to date.
• Incorporate the latest advanced technical protection technology into our developed infrastructure & running projects.
• Retest and update our cyber incident response plans.
• Constantly analyze evolving threats to guide our protection systems and processes.
• Expand our cyber intelligence and offensive security capabilities.
• Exercise safety leadership in a clear, proactive and systematic way at all levels of the organization, starting with the management team.
• Improve personal and process accident rates in accordance with the paths calculated based on the best performance of the companies in the sector.

• Establish and Operate safety occurrence reporting and investigation systems whereby people are encouraged to report safety occurrences without fear of any reprisal unless the act contravenes any of the applicable laws or the acts that are committed as a result of gross negligence, or misconduct, or deliberate, willful acts.
• Recognize and Reward outstanding safety performance and discourage unacceptable safety behaviors.
• Preventing work-related fatalities, disabilities, injuries, ill health, environmental damage, and near misses.
• Evaluate, review, modify and continually improve BPTP Occupational Health &Safety Management (OHS) performance.
• Ensure that all employees are provided with adequate and appropriate health and safety information and training, are competent in safety matters, and are allocated tasks commensurate with their skills.
• Ensure that the performance of all the outsourced processes are meeting the defined safety performance standards.
• Carry out safety audits/ESG Audits regularly to check adherence to laid down safety & ESG standards.
• Review the effectiveness of the safety management system on a regular basis and take all necessary steps to achieve continual improvement.

• Train and raise awareness of sustainability issues (compliance, human rights, safety and environment) among all those involved in procurement and contracting processes.
• To be considered as a "transparent" or "responsible" entity by those stakeholders who carry out evaluations.
• Promote cooperative relations and the search for amicable solutions with tax administrations.
• Consolidate the compliance model, adapting to the evolution of the company and focusing on the management and culture of compliance.
• Formalize self-monitoring models adapted to the specific regulatory requirements of countries and businesses with higher risk.
• The Board of Directors will continue to promote the company's sustainability by incorporating the best practices available and the creation of long-term value for its stakeholders.
• We shall implement a formalized indicator management and reporting system using a scorecard of compliance indicators to objectively measure the company's performance in terms of compliance.
• We shall select a leading market tool to optimize the management and traceability of BPTP's obligations in relation to the DPR (Data Protection Regulation).
