Over the past four years at BPTP, I have advanced from AGM – Leasing and Customer Solutions to Head of Pre-Construction. Now, I oversee Engineering, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Budgeting, and Estimation, ensuring successful project execution and strategic alignment. Completing the Group Leadership Program (GLP) has further strengthened my leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
