    DGTCP Haryana has granted M/s Countrywide Promoters (P) Ltd. license no. 83 dated 05/04/08 for development of group housing over 23.81 acres of land in sector 37D, Gurgaon. The total no. of flats approved are 1233 (including EWS) & the building plan is approved vide memo no. 4942 dated 10/06/09. There is a provision of 1 community centre, 1 nursery school, 1 primary school & shopping area. Note- Approvals can be checked in the colonizer?s office. The total size of the group housing would be 43.55 acres and as per the existing norms the entire group housing shall have 1 high school, 3 nursery schools, 1 primary school, 1 community centre, 1 religious building, 1 crèche, 1 dispensary and shopping area and this includes the facilities already mentioned above.
