Joy is a seasoned real estate professional with over 23 years of expertise in the sale and leasing of commercial office spaces. Having previously worked with renowned organizations such as Vatika and Emaar, he has honed his skills in product planning and positioning, budget planning, project feasibility analysis, and building strong channel partner relationships.
Throughout his illustrious career, Joy has successfully catered to the space requirements of prestigious clients, including British Council, Mediatek, Dassault Aviation, TableSpace, Siemens, TATA SIA Airlines, McKinsey, SAP Labs, HDFC, Vivo, British Petroleum, Xerox, and ZS Associates, among others.
In his current role at BPTP, Joy oversees the leasing of commercial and retail spaces, implementing strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional value to clients while driving the organization’s growth.
