Mr. Manik Malik

Manik Malik is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate and strategic finance. Manik is a certified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has cleared CPA with the Colorado Board of Accountancy, USA. He brings a wealth of expertise to his role at BPTP.

 

Prior to joining BPTP, he spent more than a decade at DLF as the CFO of its hospitality division. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in establishing strategic joint ventures and driving key divestments of non-core businesses, contributing significantly to DLF’s balance sheet optimization.

 

At BPTP, Manik oversees critical functions such as corporate strategy, investor relations, financial management, M&A transactions, capital market operations (debt and equity), cash flow enhancement, and digital transformation. His leadership is instrumental in driving BPTP’s growth and financial success.
