Mr. Rakesh Kaushik

Rakesh has 29 years of rich domestic and international experience in corporate legal practice, including corporate laws, strategizing high-stakes litigation, compliance risk management and assurance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, SEBI compliances, and secretarial practices. Rakesh is a Bachelor of Law from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS).

 

Rakesh worked for Bharti Airtel Limited, where he led legal and regulatory risk and assurances globally. He also had fruitful stints with Max Healthcare, Hindustan Unilever Limited, RJ Corp, American Tower (erstwhile VIOM), Artemis Medicare, and Usha International. Before joining BPTP, Rakesh led the legal and regulatory function at Max Healthcare Institute Limited as Director – Legal and Regulatory Affairs.

 

Rakesh has led legal and regulatory support in framing and implementing strategies and policies for seamless business operations and expansion, besides advising the board of directors on legal and regulatory risks, mitigation strategies and governance in various sectors, such as Telecom, FMCG, Healthcare and Infrastructure.
