Ms. Astha Dhingra

Ms. Astha Dhingra serves as the General Counsel at BPTP Limited, overseeing all legal matters and providing strategic legal guidance. She is a seasoned legal professional with over 17 years of experience in corporate affairs, contract drafting, deal structuring, regulatory compliance, litigation management and policy matters. Her comprehensive knowledge of the legal framework and business strategy plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s governance and regulatory landscape.

 

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from G.G.S. Indraprastha University, Delhi (2006), and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute (2008), which form a solid academic foundation for her leadership.

 

Before joining BPTP Limited, she held senior legal roles at DMI Finance Private Limited, Legal Ally, SAMHI Hotels Private Limited, A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Limited, and Dhir & Dhir Associates, where she successfully managed complex legal issues and negotiated high-stakes contracts. Her expertise spans across areas such as capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, asset acquisition, debt advisory and dispute resolution. With a deep understanding of the business landscape, Astha has worked closely with the executive team and other departments to align legal strategies with organisational goals.

 

With her strategic foresight and legal acumen, Astha ensures seamless compliance, provides transactional advisory, mitigates risks, and strengthens robust corporate governance, driving the organisation’s long-term growth and success.
